Submit funds request for entire department within facilities assigned and communicate appropriately with General Managers & department Manager/s to ensure a timely manner of when promotional cash can be received.(Actively utilize the Bally’s System to support & make recommendations) Determine patron eligibility by entering patron information in the Casino Management System. Utilize Casino Management System to determine promotional targets based on previous effective promotions.Create promotional rules for submission using previous rules for similar promotions as a guide to be created and make suggestions for new and exciting promotions to make certain rules are in accordance with the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce (CNDC) guidelines.Promote the Players Club card by informing patrons of card benefits to increase play and satisfaction with facility offerings.Advertise promotions to facility patrons ensuring an aura for excitement in the facility utilizing handouts, microphone, and sound and light systems as needed.Supervision Received: Promotions Supervisor General Description: Execute any/all on-site and of-site Marketing functions related to Promotions, to include but not limited to rule creation, cash and prize giveaways
